Refunds, the human version.

This page is written in plain words on purpose.

The kits are digital downloads, so there is nothing to ship back. Our policy is simple: if a kit did not do what its page said it would do, tell us within 30 days through the Say hi page and we will make it right ~ that usually means a refund, sometimes a fixed file, always a human reading your note.

What we ask in return: tell us what went wrong. It genuinely helps the next version, and "the holiday planner did not survive my uncle" is useful data.
